Client Outreach Specialist (3-month contract)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Call Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for client engagement, and a strong drive to contribute to our business development efforts. This role plays a key part in expanding our customer base through effective outreach and lead generation.
Location: Remote
Salary: JOD £27,000-£30,000 (pro-rated)
Contract Duration: 3-months
Potential for Full-Time employment upon completion
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services.
- Execute telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, addressing client inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a positive and goal-oriented attitude while daily call targets.
- Accurately document client interactions and update CRM systems as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in appointment scheduling and customer service is highly desirable.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong sales acumen and the ability to meet performance targets.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
