The Challenge
Dynamics 365 is a complex system, and the data and related structures within it can prove difficult to extract, especially for reporting and analytics purposes. AGC Chemicals Europe was using Power BI but the data accessibility was still limited, hindering the team’s ability to develop reports and dashboards quickly and flexibly in line with business needs.
The Solution

We were able to rapidly deploy a standard solution and content, removing the complexity of the Dynamics data structures, and implement a fully scalable and flexible platform that could be further enhanced by the internal team as business demands changed.
