We deploy one or more components of the 5Y Business Transformation Platform, including the Engineering Suite, Transformation Suite and customer analytics solutions, if applicable.
We rigorously test every implementation before going live. This includes multiple user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, security and permissions testing, and validation of refresh reliability to ensure data accuracy and system stability under real-world conditions.
Once validated, we prepare your team for ownership. We provide detailed documentation, operational playbooks and conduct knowledge transfer sessions so your internal teams can manage and operate the solution with confidence.
We activate the platform and provide support through the go-live process. You can continue operating independently or transition to our Enablement and Managed Services packages for ongoing monitoring, maintenance and optimisation.
