Business Development Director KSA – Enterprise Sales (Data & AI Transformation)
Driving the Digital Transformation Agenda in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This is an autonomous, high-impact "hunter" and business development leadership role based in Riyadh. You are not just selling technology; you are a strategic partner, evangelist, and deal-maker shaping complex client challenges into quantifiable, AI-powered outcomes that align with national objectives.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Leadership, you will operate like a founder, taking ownership of a high-value pipeline across critical functions (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Public Sector entities). You will have a direct impact on our MENA Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy as we scale across the region.

Key Areas of Ownership
| Focus Area | Responsibilities |
| KSA New Business (Hunter) | Build and prioritize net-new pipelines within key Saudi sectors. Lead creative outbound motions. Open C-suite relationships (CFO, COO, CIO, CTO, CDO) and drive influence within government and private entities. |
| Solution Strategy & Shaping | Run elite-level discovery sessions. Partner with Solution Architects to translate complexity into clear, commercially viable solutions. Guide prospects through value modeling and proofs-of-concept (POCs). |
| Deal Leadership & Closure | Own proposals, commercial structures, negotiation, and closing six-figure+ deals. Build multi-threaded relationships across all client stakeholders. |
| Ecosystem Leadership | Be a visible expert within the KSA tech community. Partner with strategic alliances (Cloud providers, local SIs) to drive co-sell motions that support the Kingdom's digital ecosystem growth. |
What We Look For: The Ideal Candidate Profile
We require a candidate with proven experience and a mindset built for high-growth environments within the KSA market.
Essential Experience
- Sales Track Record: 5–10+ years of successful experience selling complex enterprise solutions (SaaS, data, analytics, AI, digital transformation, or top-tier consulting) with a strong network within Saudi Arabia.
- Deal Credibility: Proven success closing six-figure+ multi-workstream transformation deals.
- Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the KSA business landscape, regulatory environment, and public sector procurement cycles.
- Outbound Expertise: Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline from scratch via proactive outbound motions.
Technical & Domain Acumen
You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be comfortable leading sophisticated discussions around:
- Enterprise data landscapes, integrations, data warehousing, BI, and cloud platforms (relevant to KSA cloud adoption strategies).
- AI/ML use cases and their practical business applications in alignment with the National AI Strategy.
- KPI frameworks and operational processes in finance/ops/commercial sectors.
