He is also the founder of ETS Investments, a company that invests in new and exciting IoT opportunities.

Jamille is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at 5Y, a company he founded in 2020 to find a faster, more repeatable way to unlock data-driven transformation. A former practice director at DXC Technology and head of service delivery at eBECS, Jamille has well over a decade’s experience in data and digital transformations.

Paul is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at 5Y. A former CTO at DXC Technology, Paul has over 15 years of experience helping organisations implement data-driven strategies and is now working hard to deliver a faster and more cost-effective way for businesses to unlock transformations.

Ross is the Chief Financial Officer at 5Y and a Chartered Accountant. Ross manages financial controls throughout the organisation and leads business reporting across 5Y’s global offices.

Nigel is 5Y’s Head of Sales, responsible for driving the company’s sales and marketing efforts. With over 30 years of experience and stints at eBECS and Ridgian, Nigel has an innate understanding of how to help companies transform their business processes and solve real-world problems using data and technology.

Daniel is a Lead Application Architect at 5Y. He has over 12 years of experience helping businesses design solution architecture and comprehensive security strategies.

Callum is 5Y’s Head of Data Engineering Practice. He has over 14 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and the BI Stack and is a fully qualified MCSE Microsoft professional and Power BI certified.

The Junior Application Engineer at 5Y Technology is a seasoned professional in the Power Platform, with two years of specialized experience in Apps, Automations and BI Reporting within Microsoft Power Platform. Since joining in the company's first year, they have been involved in driving innovation and delivering solutions across a spectrum of projects.

Edna is a BCS certified BA with extensive experience in working closely with multiple stakeholders and supporting large digital transformation programmes.

David is a motivated and dynamic global CIO who has led IT and business transformations in multiple countries. He brings international and cross-industry experience to the 5Y team and a proven ability to deliver business value.

James has over 25 years of experience growing and leading sales in the UK and Ireland from start-ups to multinationals, having led Business Application Sales for Microsoft. James is responsible for developing and leading the 5Y sales and partner strategy in the UKI, EMEA and Global markets.

Jessica Murphy is a versatile professional with a background in technology and a strong focus on sustainability. Beginning as a Application Consultant at eBECS, she quickly advanced in her career, showcasing leadership as an Agile Project Manager and Applications Specialist.

Samer is 5Y’s MEA Regional Director. He has over 20 years of experience in technology and engineering projects and specialises in digital transformation initiatives across retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and oil & gas sectors. Known for focusing on effective change management, Samer ensures projects deliver clear, incremental value.

Hiba is an HR Specialist at 5Y. She creates a positive and productive work environment thanks to an exceptional understanding of HR policies, labour laws and employee well-being initiatives. Hiba uses her HR operations and talent management knowledge to ensure compliance while aligning HR practices with our overarching goals and vision.
