Dynamics D365 Sales and Operations Specialist
5Y are looking for skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Sales and Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in configuring, optimising, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Operations applications to streamline business processes, enhance productivity, and ensure data accuracy.
This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support solutions that align with organisational goals.

Employment Type: Contracting – 6+ months
Reports To: Country Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration and Customisation:
- Configure Dynamics 365 Sales and Operations modules to align with business requirements.
- Customise entities, workflows, and forms to enhance functionality and user experience.
Process Optimisation:
- Analyse current sales and operations workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Integration and Data Management:
- Ensure seamless integration between Dynamics 365 and other business applications.
- Manage and maintain data integrity across the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Develop data migration strategies for transitioning legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
User Training and Support:
- Provide training sessions for end-users to maximise platform adoption and proficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Design and generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
- Support decision-making by offering data-driven recommendations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with Dynamics 365 updates and new features.
- Recommend and implement system enhancements as required.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Operations modules.
- Proven expertise in system configuration, customisation, and integration.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of sales and operations workflows and business processes.
- Proficiency in system troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
- Familiarity with Asure integrations and APIs.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related platforms.
To be considered candidates should ideally possess good English and Slovak language skills.
