Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist

Location: Slovakia 

Employment Type: Contracting – 6+ months

Reports To: Country Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dynamics 365 Implementation and Optimisation

• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 modules for Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Procurement.

• Customise workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business needs.

• Provide recommendations to optimise the use of D365 functionalities.

2. Procurement Process Management

• Manage procurement-related modules, including vendor management, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicing.

• Monitor and optimise supplier performance through D365 tools and analytics.

3. Supply Chain Operations Support

• Oversee D365-based inventory management, warehouse operations, and demand forecasting.

• Ensure accurate reporting of supply chain metrics and KPIs using built-in reporting tools.

• Collaborate with logistics teams to enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility.

4. User Support and Training

• Provide technical support and training to end-users across procurement and supply chain teams.

• Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

5. Integration and Data Management

• Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).

• Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the system by adhering to company data standards.

6. Process Improvement and Compliance

• Identify opportunities to enhance procurement and supply chain workflows through automation and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM or Procurement modules.

• Proven track record of optimising supply chain and procurement processes using ERP systems.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 functionalities related to supply chain and procurement.

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools for data analysis.

• Familiarity with system integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related technologies.

• Experience in project management or change management.

• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
