5Y Technology and Dar Al Riyadh sign MoU to advance data maturity and AI innovation across KSA

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, November 2025 — 5Y Technology and Dar Al Riyadh have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to accelerate the digital and data maturity of Saudi Arabia’s built environment and strengthen artificial intelligence capabilities in alignment with Vision 2030.
The strategic partnership will help Dar Al Riyadh, a multidisciplinary company recognised for its world-class engineering excellence and advisory services, advance its ambition to deliver a sustainable built environment for and with Saudi Nationals, while doing projects right and challenging the accepted.
By uniting Dar Al Riyadh’s engineering and project-delivery excellence with 5Y Technology’s leadership in data governance, AI and analytics, the MoU will unlock new opportunities to elevate the governance and application of construction, engineering and project data across the asset lifecycle.
Under the agreement, both organisations will:
- Deliver joint data and AI-driven projects across the built environment
- Set practical, measurable models for industry adoption
- Co-develop frameworks for data trust, interoperability and lifecycle continuity
- Build national capability through skills, methods and modern stewardship
The signing of the MOU highlights 5Y Technology’s commitment to Dar Al Riyadh and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, following the recent opening of its Riyadh office and the rapid growth of its team in the Middle East. The expansion enables 5Y Technology to deliver its expertise in AI, data governance, interoperability and value-driven analytics at a local level. It also complements Dar Al Riyadh’s long-standing commitment to surpassing client expectations and developing people as a foundation for durable partnerships.
“For nearly five decades, Dar Al Riyadh has contributed to shaping the Kingdom’s development by doing projects right and challenging what is accepted,” said Ammar M Hajiya, Chief Transformation Officer, Dar Al Riyadh. “Partnering with 5Y Technology strengthens our commitment to a sustainable, digitally enabled built environment powered by trustworthy, high-quality data.”
“We are proud to collaborate with Dar Al Riyadh, an organisation with an unmatched legacy in delivering value and transforming the built environment,” said Jamille Sammour, Cofounder and COO, 5Y Technology. “Together, we will help organisations across the Kingdom elevate data and AI maturity, create measurable impact and build enduring national capability.”
5Y Technology and Dar Al Riyadh are united in building a smarter, more sustainable and AI-driven future for Saudi Arabia.
