Senior Enterprise Account Director

As a Senior Enterprise Account Director, you’ll be at the forefront of 5Y’s client Data services, ensuring operational excellence and driving commercial growth for our enterprise clients. With dual accountability for performance and profitability, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, meeting revenue targets, and strengthening 5Y’s reputation as a leader in the IT Technology, Data, and Managed Services industry.

What You'll Do as the Senior Enterprise Account Director

Operational Excellence

. Ensure seamless service delivery and consistently meet or exceed SLAs and contractual obligations.

. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and uphold the highest standards of quality.

. Act as the trusted escalation point for operational challenges, driving quick and effective solutions.

Commercial Leadership

. Take ownership of account P&L, achieving ambitious revenue and profit targets.

. Develop and implement growth strategies, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

. Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.

Strategic Leadership

. Represent 5Y at client meetings, industry events, and conferences, enhancing our brand presence.

. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to capitalize on new opportunities.

. Deliver accurate and insightful forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For in the Senior Enterprise Account Director

. Experience of the Senior Enterprise Account Director

. A proven track record in managing enterprise accounts with operational and commercial accountability.

. Experience in service delivery, contract management, and driving account growth strategies.

. Industry expertise in IT Technology, Data, or MSP sectors preferred.

. Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
