Dynamics D365 Project Manager
5Y are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead the implementation, upgrade, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the organisation.
This role requires a professional with strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, and a proven ability to deliver ERP/CRM projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

Employment Type: Contracting – 6+ months
Reports To: Country Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365, including scope, schedule, resource planning, and budget management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.) to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage vendor relationships, including consultants, developers, and third-party system integrators.
- Coordinate system configuration, customisation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and the Dynamics 365 solution architecture.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
- Drive user adoption through training programs, workshops, and ongoing support.
- Monitor project performance and prepare status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 functionalities, updates, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM) projects.
- Experience in delivering large-scale ERP/CRM implementations, preferably in multi-site or global environments.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or equivalent certifications.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, and integrations with Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent).

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
