Dynamics D365 Finance Professional
5Y are looking for a candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions to support our financial and business processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions to support our financial and business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the system aligns with organisational goals and enhances overall financial operations.
Location: Slovakia
Employment Type: Contracting – 6+ months
Key Responsibilities
1. System Implementation and Management
- Lead and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Configure and customise D365 F&O to meet business requirements.
- Maintain and troubleshoot system functionality, addressing issues promptly.
2. Process Optimisation
- Analyse and document current financial processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement best practices using Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Automate workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
3.Collaboration and Training
- Work closely with finance, IT, and operations teams to gather requirements and align system capabilities with business needs.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective use of D365 Finance tools.
- Collaborate with external consultants and vendors when required.
4. Data Management and Reporting
- Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy and consistency during transitions.
- Develop and generate financial reports, dashboards, and analytics using D365 tools.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in financial data handling.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 F&O updates, features, and trends.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance and functionality.
- Participate in strategic planning for future system upgrades and enhancements.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or Dynamics 365 certification) is a plus.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or similar ERP systems.
- Proven track record of implementing and managing D365 Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting).
- Experience in business process analysis and financial reporting.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and customising D365 Finance modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Project management experience is a plus.
To be considered candidates should ideally possess good English and Slovak language skills
